All registration must be done online.

• First week’s fees are due upon registration - through our Brightwheel portal or mailed check

• Other weeks will be invoiced, but not actually due until one week prior to attending 

• If dropping days/weeks, we must have at least one-week’s notice in order to issue a refund. If less than one-week’s notice you are still responsible for payment.

• Requests to change schedules must be through the Brightwheel change form to change your schedule

• Families are allowed to drop days/weeks from their schedule TWICE over the course of summer camp

• Will be billed in full if drop is requested less than one week in advance 

• Campers with outstanding balances will not be admitted.

• All requested additional days/weeks are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the camp director
